Register online and submit your $250.00 registration fee. Upon receipt you will be sent additional information including Entry Forms, Hotel Reservation Request Form, Schedule of Payments, and Releases.
Confirm approximate number of attendees including students, directors and chaperones. Include estimated number of individual entries and additional group entries. MTCA will send you an estimate of charges within 7 days of receipt
Confirm Hotel Reservation Request (quad or double occupancy for students / double or single occupancy for Directors and Chaperones). A $50.00 per person hotel deposit is due within 30 days of registration
1st 33% payment, all photo releases and entry forms due October 15, 2019.
2nd 33% payment is due December 1, 2019.
Final Payment is due on or before January 10, 2020.
Mid-January - Directors will receive Performers / Groups Schedule, “What to Expect” competition weekend Itinerary, hotel instructions, awards ceremony information and Disney ticket information. Please note: Directors have 1 week to notify MTCA of any performer/entry misspellings or corrections.
Additional Entries may be added until January 15, 2020 - based on availability. Additional entries must include full payment.
